The child of parents custody
A new law could throw thousands custody of Alabama in the image of substantive agreements and could be court force parents to keep their children nearby.
Alabama parent-child relationship Protection Act, the effect goes in the first September, requires parents to another, before the move.

The parent has custody, it must be made 45 days before the move. If there is no objection within 30 days of reference, the child can move.
Other lawyers believe the law is unconstitutional, and it is the potential for parents to the object of jealousy or spite.
Under the old law, a parent can move as they pleased. If a non-parent of a child’s objection to moving, they can lodge an appeal to show why the transition has been detrimental to the child. A large proportion of complaints were unsuccessful.
There are exceptions to the publication of the provisions of the law, if a parent was a victim of domestic violence or if the move is required by military regulations.
