Scheme suspects to justice

Mr. speleologists, a retired inspector of the U.S. Postal Service, he is aware of Mr. Phipps, having driven across the country and fought in court to 20 years of its closure in mass e-mails.
Federal prosecutors say that Mr. Phipps swindled millions of dollars of thousands of people over 20 years by a number of pyramid schemes, including a program called “Living without guilt”, he operated from his home Colleyville, 1996 to 2001, according to an indictment Mail 22-count because of fraud, money laundering and tax evasion.
