Biography of Former Alabama Governor Patterson
Former Alabama Governor John Patterson is the subject of a new biography, “Nobody But the People” written by Warren Trest.
The biography details the former Governor’s life and political career, including how he helped rid Phenix City of organized crime after his father, Attorney General Albert Patterson, was assasinated.
During a book launch in Montgomery, the former Governor admits, “I would never have had a political career, if it hadn’t been for that”.
“Nobody But the People” is available in most bookstores and online, retailing for about $30.00
