Adoption ceremony is a family affair

Jeannette Tull felt during the Christmas period, when she spoke with the child’s mother, she adopted Friday. She said she wanted to adopt the baby and the mother gave her blessing.

“I knew we would be parents on the baby,” she said.

Walter and Cressa Soucie knew they had the right to make Cressa to 1 years, it has adopted and the last of four brothers and sisters of the family stay together.
