Jeannette Tull felt during the Christmas period, when she spoke with the child’s mother, she adopted Friday. She said she wanted to adopt the baby and the mother gave her blessing.

“I knew we would be parents on the baby,” she said.

Walter and Cressa Soucie knew they had the right to make Cressa to 1 years, it has adopted and the last of four brothers and sisters of the family stay together.

The three Soucies have older children of their own, but since 2001, have worked to promote the right of custody, then the permanent adoption of four children of a second cousin.
